I live on the Blackdown Hills near Wellington and practice in both Devon and Somerset. I feel passionately about supporting those who live in local villages, farms and communities on the Blackdown Hills, Chard, Taunton Deane, Wellington, Exeter and beyond.

I practice from comfortable therapy rooms in Wellington and Chard in Somerset and Exeter, Devon. It is approximately 30 minutes driving time between Wellington and Exeter therapy rooms and Wellington to Chard, so clients frequently attend for appointments in either setting, depending on their schedule and my availability. I also offer online counselling appointments to clients located anywhere in the UK and overseas

Chard:

From May 2023 I am delighted to be returning to offering face to face appointments to both individuals and couples in a comfortable therapy room in the centre of Chard where I will be offering appointments on a Monday.

This clinic location is conveniently situated for anyone living on the Blackdown Hills and the nearby Devon and Somerset towns and villages for example Axminster, Broadway, Churchinford, Chard, Combe St Nicholas, Crewkerne, Honiton Ilminster, Ilton, Upottery.

The therapy room is located at Chard Natural Health Centre, 32A Fore Street, Chard. My usual room is on the 1st floor, however there is a ground floor room available which is accessible for wheelchairs on request. There is public car parking nearby

Wellington:

The comfortable therapy room in Wellington has nearby car parking and is approximately 5 minutes from Junction 26 and 10 minutes Junction 27 M5 motorway, making it convenient for clients travelling from nearby towns of Taunton, Bridgwater, Tiverton, Cullompton and local villages on the Blackdown Hills and Brendon Hills such as Hemyock, Culmstock, Churchinford and Wiveliscombe.

Exeter

The Good Life Therapy Centre, Philip House, Honiton Road, Sowton, Exeter EX1 3RU

From February 2026 I am excited to have expanded my practice to Exeter, where I am available to offer appointments on a Wednesday.

The Good Life Therapy Centre offers a purpose-built comfortable, warm and welcoming space on the outskirts of Exeter and is conveniently just a couple of minutes from the A30 and M5 motorway junction at Exeter so is easily accessible to anyone travelling from nearby towns such as Honiton, Cullompton, Exmouth and Topsham.

There is free car parking on site and disabled access.

Axminster:

Unfortunately at the moment I am no longer able to offer appointments in Axminster currently, although many of my clients travel from Axminster and the surrounding villages to see me in nearby Chard where I work on a Monday, or opt for online therapy as an alternative.

Online & Telephone

I offer online counselling and EMDR. Online therapy has proved popular for those who live too far away to easily access my clinic or for those with physical health or other issues such as child care, where it is more convenient to access therapy from the comfort of your own home.

Online therapy is also popular with clients who have to travel for work.
